Next, you will receive an acknowledgement email after submitting your order. Please make your payment and revert back to us within 24 hours.

Payment Method:

• Online transfer/Cash deposit/ATM Transfer

• Maybank Wadiah Savings Account 151017245598 (MALAYSIA)
• We strictly do not accept concealed cash. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any representative branch to bank above with scan copy of payment slip to us.
• Retain your payment transfer record incase of any confussion made

Within the next 24 hours, we will send you an email once your payment has been verified. You should receive your item(s) in 2-7 working days, excluding weekends/public holidays. Delivery timing is Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.

OWL GARDEN reserves the right to release your items if no payment nor replies were made during the given time frame.

Delivery
We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be track online via website.

SINGAPORE normal postage charges:

• 500g or below - S$1.50
• 1kg - S$2.50
• 2kg - S$3.50
• Additional S$2.50 applicable for registered postage
• Free registered postage for order above S$80

For other weight, will be advice accordingly.

OVERSEAS postage charges:

We do ship internationally! Shipping charges will be different according to the location. Transit time is between 5-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.

MALAYSIA normal postage charges:

• 500g or below - RM12.00
• 1kg - RM23.00
• 2kg - RM28.00
• Additional RM5.50 applicable for registered postage
• Free registered postage for order above RM150

We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction, thus It is always advisable to opt for Registered Postage!
