1. We perform quality and quantity check on goods condition before items are sent out. All products are carefully wrapped. Hence, we will not be held responsible for damaged/lost items during normal mailing. 
2. Items are on a first come first serve basis upon payment. We reserve our rights to cancel any order without full payment for more than 2 working days from order date.
3. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. No refund/cancellation of any order once payment has been made. 
5. Backorders needs to be paid before an order is made. Indent takes approx. 2-3 weeks to arrived.
6. Retain your payment transfer record incase of any confussion made.
7. We reserve the rights to amend any information without prior notice.
8. By placing your orders, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms as stated.
